Sterling Silver Rum is distilled from turbinado sugar and molasses that comes straight from Louisiana. It is fermented slowly the goes through a double distillation process that gives it just the right amount of mouthfeel and funk. It makes a fine daiquiri and stands up well with lime and mint for a mojito. This spirit scored a Gold Medal in the 2020 American Distilling Institute's international Tasting of Craft Spirits.
