Fiesta Agave Spirit is fermented and distilled from 100% blue agave and aged for a short period of time in chardonnay barrels. Very smooth, it is lovely just to sip on its own. It also mixes great margaritas and palomas, sunrises, etc. This spirit scored a Bronze medal in the 2019 American Distilling Institute's International Tasting of Craft Spirits
